Rental Agreement
(For BIKE & WAGON rentals only)

I release and discharge Ocean Beach Hardware from any and all liability claims arising from the rental of a bicycle, helmet, and any other equipment refered to herein. I am voluntarily using this equipment with knowledge of risks and dangers involved. I also assume financial responsibility in the amount of $300 for each bicycle or wagon which is stolen, lost or damaged.

I HEREBY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INJURY AND TRAUMA.

You also agree to the following:

• At night, a light is required for the rental which I will provide

• Helmets are required for anyone under the age of 16

• No riding on Baywalk in Ocean Beach

• All rentals must be lock when not in use.
